China Filter Industry specializes in supplying filters suitable for dry cleaning solvents, which are widely used in petroleum dry cleaning machines. The product is durable and is especially suitable for large-capacity laundry. It uses imported high-efficiency filter paper with super filtration accuracy, maximizes the effective filtration area, and has strong adsorption power for lint and dust. The high-quality activated carbon inside has super sterilization, decolorization, deacidification, deodorization, and deodorization effects. It can effectively improve the cleaning power of dry cleaning solvents and extend the service life of dry cleaning solvents and filters. It is a new environmentally friendly product. Specifications: (**) Petroleum dry cleaning machine filter (**) Petroleum dry cleaning machine filter (**) Petroleum dry cleaning machine filter. This dry cleaning machine filter is selected by most petroleum dry cleaning machines in Japan. It has a full range of varieties and specifications, and has the ability to research and develop various new filters. The product quality is stable and reliable, and is favored by consumers. We are dedicated to providing excellent products and services to new and old customers. Loading capacity: Serious overloading of clothes will cause problems such as redeposition of dirt and difficulty in removing water-soluble dirt. Do not overload the dry cleaning machine. It is best to weigh the dry cleaning weight every time you load clothes. Laundry time: During the cleaning process, to clean out insoluble and water-soluble dirt, the solvent in the drum needs to be circulated and filtered at least once. If the drum solvent (i.e. dry cleaning oil) circulates once per minute, the recommended cleaning time is minutes. If the solvent circulation rate is low, the cleaning time will be relatively longer. Drying temperature: Excessively high drying temperature will damage the fabric and cause other problems, such as stains and scorching. The drying temperature is best not to exceed ℃. Delicate fabrics such as silk, fine cashmere, and resin fibers should be dried at a lower temperature. Drying time: Drying time is very important for drying effect and solvent recovery. The length of drying time depends on the drying temperature. At normal drying temperatures, drying time is minutes. 2. Solvent (dry cleaning oil) solvent color: Washing clothes in dark solvents will cause the clothes to turn gray and yellow. The color of the solvent should be at least light amber (like beer color), that is, the solvent transmittance is %. The requirements are higher, and the transmittance of the solvent should be at least about %. Humidity of the solvent: Proper humidity (moisture content) in the dry cleaning system is very important for anti-static, anti-shrinkage, and complete removal of water-soluble dirt. The moisture content, that is, the relative humidity, should not exceed %. For fabrics that are sensitive to moisture, the humidity in the dry cleaning machine should be lower. The measurement standard of humidity is: when the lining of washed clothes shrinks or wrinkles, it means there is too much moisture. If the clothes come out of washing with serious static electricity and water-soluble dirt has not been removed, it means there is too little water. Lime oil concentration: In order to remove insoluble dirt, prevent static electricity, and remove water-soluble dirt, you must add yang oil to the dry cleaning oil. For the amount of yang oil, refer to the instructions provided by the yang oil manufacturer. Sizing agent concentration: To restore the feel and appearance of clothing, sometimes sizing agent is needed. For the dosage, refer to the instructions provided by the manufacturer. Solvent temperature: If the temperature of the dry cleaning oil is too high, it will cause the clothes to fade, while if the temperature is too low, the cleaning rate will be reduced. Solvent temperatures of ~°C are most suitable. 3. Solvent purification and distillation: The most effective way to separate soluble dirt from dry cleaning oil is distillation. One gallon of dry cleaning oil should be distilled per pound of laundry. Filtration: Once the dirt is washed from the clothes, it should be removed immediately, otherwise it will re-sediment on the clothes, so a filter must be used to filter out the dirt in time. For cartridge filters (cassette filters), when the dry cleaning oil flow rate decreases and the filter pressure rises, the filter element should be replaced in time. For powder filters (centrifugal filters), the filter attachment layer should be rebuilt in time.
